What We Do

We are working on a variety of projects that specifically address local needs. A detailed description of our projects and interviews with those affected can be found under Projects.

One project close to our hearts is improving the water supply in the Volta Region. In the Afadzato South District, part of the local population still has inadequate access to continuous drinking water supply. We want to support the affected communities in obtaining reliable and consistent access to drinking water by connecting them to and expanding existing water supply facilities.

In the agricultural sector, we want to support people in growing rice independently and earning a consistent livelihood. To this end, we plan to ensure the irrigation of fields through pipes and wells, as well as to support agricultural production with agricultural equipment and other donations in kind, thereby securing the long-term livelihoods of farmers.

Another important focus of our work will be supporting education. We want to provide schoolchildren and students with writing and work materials, laptops, and cell phones to offer them better learning opportunities and increase their educational prospects. In addition, we plan to renovate damaged school buildings to create a safe and conducive learning environment.

Additionally, we want to improve local healthcare by providing hospitals with important medical equipment and supplies such as ultrasound machines, blood pressure monitors, blood glucose meters, and wound care supplies.

Through these diverse measures, we want to help people in Ghana to improve their living conditions in the long term and create a better future for themselves and their communities.
